[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r1941: Increase the block size of the mdr file.

Version 1941 was commited by steve on 2011-05-10 10:58:22 +0100 (Tue, 10 May 2011) Increase the block size of the mdr file. Idealy we would work out the smallest block size required as we do for the gmapsupp file, but this is difficult without a fair amount of re-writing. Unlike in the gmapsupp case however, using a larger block size wastes negligable space in the mdr.img.
