Good question Chris. That doesn't make any sense to me either ;-) Suggestion: amenity=nursing_home [0x3005 resolution 24] (can be found under community) leisure=water_park [0x2b04 resolution 24] (same as swimming pool)

why do we map amenity=nursing_home and leisure=water_park to the same Garmin element in default-style?
