This bounding box is only Finland:

19.02427 59.287829999 31.600889999000003 70.09959

The order is: Lower Left E, N - Top Right E, N i.e. N59.288 E19.024 to N70.1 E 31.601 So does osmosis not generate the correct bounding box? Dominik
