[mkgmap-dev] Option "link pois to ways"

Hi, one more question I was not able to figure out from documentation or source. When the option "link pois to ways" is used, does it automatically process traffic signals in a way that adds a time penalty for routing through them in the map data. Thanks for help on that Jakob
