The test map itself you can download at: http://code.google.com/p/mkgmap-style-sheets/downloads/list (OSMWR_test.exe) The areas.list is the same as my openfietsmap: http://mijndev.openstreetmap.nl/~ligfietser/openfietsmap/Scripts/areas_bnl.l... On the screenshots it looks like tiles #6, 26 and 57 have problems.
