If the map has a maximum level of 22, precision is 10/15 meters, and so on.

P.S. Level 24 means using 24 bits to store coordinates (lat/lon). And so on...
Thank you for the hints. My map contains Objects down to Level 24. I am usually at a zoom of 200m or 120m. Maybe it has something to do with the level distribution - but I did not change that recently. bye Nop
