[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r1908: Enable file sizes up to 512M

Version 1908 was commited by steve on 2011-04-05 11:46:54 +0100 (Tue, 05 Apr 2011) Enable file sizes up to 512M In the img header there is a disk partition table, the sectors should be 6 bits and the cylinders should take up 10 bits. Previously had 8 bits for each, fix so that extra cylinders can be specified.
