Hi John, I did not suggest to do that because I was unsure what style you are using. The styles shipped with CreateIMG-beta09.zip don't contain the needed changes which are documented here: http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/news/2013/12/22/more-flexibility-in-style-files-sty... I've tried to update my copy of CreateIMG with up to date versions of splitter and mkgmap, and routing now seems to work properly :) Perhaps I should try to contact the CreateIMG author, and suggest that he may want to update his release.

I guess the black dot appears at a so called tile boundary. Old versiones of mkgmap are known to cause problems at these points.

This problem has only recently started happening, though I both have updated BaseCamp and built a new map from current data, and don't know which of these might be responsible.
I am using a slightly customised set of stylesheets, but these have not changed since the last time this worked properly. I also know CreateIMG uses rather an old version of mkgmap, but again this has not changed.
Any ideas? Or is there a better place to ask for help?
