[mkgmap-dev] LBL file encoding - Huffman

It looks like the LBL file could be Huffman compressed with an ENCODING value of 11. Is there scope for having the new Huffman logic with app/labelenc/CharacterEncoder /CharacterDecoder interface? Ticker
