[mkgmap-dev] Infos about new encoding format 11

Hi, I have started to take a deep look in the Garmin IMG format and its subfiles. In my LBL files (at least in one) I have found a new encoding format 11=0x0b (byte 0x1e in the LBL header). The display and mkgmap code contains only some information about the formats 6, 9 and 10. Does anyone have some information (complete or incomplete) or ideas how to decode this format 11? Have fun!
