Re-write "partition" size to follow the standard CHS algorithm as opposed to my previous complete guess as to how it worked. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Other changes since r1916 were my addition of some --style=route-* files in r1917 and r1918. I know you are innocent Marko ;-) , but my script updates mkgmap daily and so today it jumped from 1916 to 1919.
