OK. I found so many wrong and out-aged help files for splitter, let's see how long this one will be usable ;-)
Yes documentation is something that I also want to improve and I have some ideas, but will finish the other things I've started first.
If there is anything on mkgmap.org.uk that is wrong let me know and I will get rid of it or fix it.
