May I suggest to include nodes or way ID instead of way name in the message. IMHO it would make easier to check data and correct errors in them.

Yes, I agree - that has now been done and committed. This change will stop the v5 node merging patch from applying although the hunk that fails can be ignored as it's no longer relevant. I will issue a v6 later today. Cheers, Mark
