I just remember that I saw those cases, but don't remember where. I guess I can find one when I code

the check and try it. What you describe sounds like what I saw.

Do you have an example for this?

I know examples, where you have a roundabout and a street
going straight forward: cars have to use the roundabout, and
trucks and busses are allowed to go straight through the
roundabout in special situations. But then there should be
access rules for this.
Or the mapper forgot the bridge, since the street is going via
a bridge above the roundabout.
