Sorry guys... my mistake, forget the earlier post shame on me.... copy pasted the downloaded version into the wrong directory... double checked three times before posting.... and the fourth discovered my mistake. if one does it correctly it also works correctly. Got that also on selfcompiled versions earlier and with intermediate downloads (just the mkgmap.jar) but there I thought rXXXX is only contained if properly compiled on the servers...
is that on purpose ? .... the option '--version' is still mentioned in the --help=options output.
