Added --delete-tags-file option.
--delete-tags-file=FILENAME Names a file that should contain one or more lines of the form TAG=VALUE or TAG=*. Blank lines and lines that start with # or ; are ignored. Cool, so higher administrative boundaries numbers are now easily disabled without having to change the stylesheet. Thank you!
