Hi Ticker, I think both are not related to the no-arcs-first.patch, but to the changes in r4556. I'll have a look at the route restriction warning, that's not expected. The sharp angle warning is correct and it was not reported before because there was no arc before. route1.patch by Steve Ratcliffe (modified) - reverts the size improvements introduced with r4360, but seems to improve routing on devices - I added undocumented option --x-no-force-end-nodes-routing-nodes which can be used to get the previous behaviour of r4555
