I can't work out what tools are being used to transform options.txt into the inner contents of http://www.mkgmap.org.uk/doc/options
It doesn't seem to be asciidoc, as used by the style manual.

The patch looks fine to me as well, but I'd have left in the bit about tile selection by --description as this is the only usage of the tile description that I've ever come across.
