Version 1261 was commited by steve on 2009-10-05 16:04:55 +0100 (Mon, 05 Oct 2009) BRANCH: mdr Implement the reverse index. Should allow the index to be transferred to a GPS unit using m/s. However completely untested at this stage. Looks OK for a small number of maps, however I am not convinced it is working when 3 byte pointers are needed for some sections.
