[mkgmap-dev] URLs on https://www.mkgmap.org.uk/download/mkgmap.html needs adjustement

Hi, can whoever has access to the html code change the URLs for the bounds-latest.zip and sea-latest.zip on https://www.mkgmap.org.uk/download/mkgmap.html? google chrome makes quite some problems with the http redirects, while it works fine with firefox.
