Is it just a message to tell me that mkgmap has removed the zero length arc or a problem ? Thanks. Francois

No, it's saying that there is a short arc still there. Whether it is a problem or not depends on whether it causes a problem! Sorry to be obscure but it's not always the case that when we get that message it really is a problem. OSM is down at the moment so I can't look at that data. I will when it comes back again.
