I see this on my own map and on Lambertus' OSM routable.

In this area multipolygons are used very heavily. Don't know if that could cause this error.

<http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=51.12324&lon=7.19039&zoom=16&layers=B000FTF> The problem is the "Hilfringhauser Strasse" which is misplaced. On the Mapnik-Map you find that road a little bit in east direction (L 157). On the Garmin-Map an additional branch is created. Chris
