I found out that type 0x2b03 is not indexed on many devices, 0x2b05 is listed and rendered as campground too. So if this is not a mkgmap bug, it should be an easy fix to change this in the default style.
may be there are different codes for oregon and others for the caravan site and camp site in tourism
