I didn't test this much yet. The patch introduces the codes 0x0d and 0x53. All other codes were used previously.
It turns out that 0x0d means Native American Reservation and 0x53 means flatland, not apartment flats. The revised patch does not use those codes. Instead, the patch clarifies garmin_feature_list.csv. The translation of landuse=basin and landuse=reservoir to 0x3f is a little misleading, because the polygon 0x3f is identified as lake. My patch only adds landuse=basin. Marko
