[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r2393: Test failed due to differences when --remove-short-arcs

Version 2393 was committed by steve on 2012-12-08 13:12:13 +0000 (Sat, 08 Dec 2012) Test failed due to differences when --remove-short-arcs was made active by default. Changed the test ant task so that it can be used to fail the build and incorporated into the nightly build process.
