[mkgmap-dev] Adaptable paths for input and output files

      Hi,

while hacking together an --output-dir option for mkgmap, I stumbled over
a bug:

Dirent.java in package uk.me.parabola.imgfmt.sys

Change indexOf() to lastIndexOf() in line 76 of Dirent.java. The file
extension is always to be searched for after the last dot. As a side
effect, this now allows names like clas.de.TYP for style files.
