
Hi Chris, I think you got me wrong. I don't propose to change the interpretation of bicycle=designated. I'd like to have a special tag with the meaning "xxx access is allowed, all other is forbidden" so that one doesn't have to set a lot of tags to "no" just to make sure. Gerd

So, I think we should NOT add something like bicycle=designated {add foot = no; add horse = no} to the default style.
