[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r757: More on multiple RouteCenters.

Version 757 was commited by robert on 2008-12-02 20:22:04 +0000 (Tue, 02 Dec 2008) More on multiple RouteCenters. Subdivision through NOD1Part now integrated, and the small sample still works. Large sample now runs into an assert in RoadIndex. * Lots of logging/debugging info (more classes got toString(), road name passed to RoadDef, etc.) * TableA from ArrayList to LinkedHashMap for performance reasons. * NOD1Part got an internal almost-reimplementation of imgfmt.app.Area (BBox) -- these should eventually be merged, but I required non- overlapping adjacent areas. * Remove stdout-logging of PolishMapDataSource * Convert RoadNetwork to use a NOD1Part for splitting the network.
