
Oh I got it. Because I used that command subsequently - on the next layer it deleted the output file. Do you know how to specify that the file is appended or how to specify the output file of the dump? Mark Burton wrote:

I don't use windows so I can't comment on that aspect but, otherwise, I think it looks OK.
The data gets output when the program terminates. Try running on a smaller osm file and see if you get some output.
