[mkgmap-dev] 3229 in branch rhumbline ready for trunk?

Hi all, I think r3229 is ready for trunk. It handles Rogers Grid data correctly. Besides that the differences to trunk are small (as expected). The throughput might be a bit better as the rhumb line calculations allow to skip some trig functions. If I here no complains, I'll merge on friday. Gerd
