Version 2307 was commited by wanmil on 2012-06-23 15:40:11 +0100 (Sat, 23 Jun 2012) Add a generator for precompiled sea tiles. The generator compiles the sea tiles from shape files containing land polygons. It is not included into the mkgmap.jar due to additional dependencies. Please read src/uk/me/parabola/mkgmap/sea/optional/readme.txt
