I was referring to this patch where all roads are being reversed *without* a oneway=* tag.
So whether oneway=-1 is good tagging or not is not relevant in this case.

Other tags that have taken into account are
motor_vehicle:forward=*
motor_vehicle:backward=*
bicycle:forward / backward etc
