I have tried to use the --wb option with Osmosis but it always fails for me. It seems to treat the file as input instead of output. The only way I can make it work is to use --write-pbf instead. Here's the command line I tried:
--write-bin, --read-bin, --wb, --rb have been deprecated in favor of --write-pbf and --read-pbf. Scott
