[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r751: Defer writing of TableB until all RouteCenters have had their first pass.

Version 751 was commited by robert on 2008-12-02 10:32:13 +0000 (Tue, 02 Dec 2008) Defer writing of TableB until all RouteCenters have had their first pass. Also change an assert in MapLine to a warning. With the current naive approach of splitting up RouteCenters, TableB is getting too large.
