Hi Uli, maybe it doesn't like the route restrictions with > 3 nodes. Please try with option --ignore-turn-restrictions. If that helps, I can implement a switch so that mkgmap doesn't write these complex restrictions. If it doesn't help, please try if the problems occurs with r3194 and r3195 as well.
