[mkgmap-dev] how to tag a "highway" that doesn't exist?

Hi all, I used taginfo http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/highway?filter=ways#values to find frequently used highway=* tags on ways which should be ignored by mkgmap. Please review the attached patch, if I here no complains I'll commit it on Monday. Gerd
