[mkgmap-dev] Parallel processing of maps now in trunk

Things are a bit quiet on the list this morning so I thought I would commit this patch as it has had a reasonable amount of testing with no problems reported recently. If you have a multi-core machine, specify --max-jobs to get some speedup when processing multiple maps. Cheers, Mark
