Yes. You have to use the destination tag to compile the 
name/mkgmap:display_name:

That's what the default style looks like:
(highway=motorway|highway=trunk ) & ref=* & destination=* { add 
mkgmap:display_name = '${ref|subst: =>}(${destination|subst:;=> 
|subst:/=> })' }
