Therefore I would show amenity=hospital & ( amenity=healthcare & healthcare=hospital ) at resolution 22, include amenity=docotors at 23 and add healthcare to 23 (if not 24). The reasoning has to go that important stuff is shown early. While a central train station is shown early, tram stations are showing up later...
OK, that makes sense. Let me make healthcare=hospital and amenity=hospital resolution 22 and the other healthcare tags 23. Marko
