severe <mapbuilder> : non-routreable way  with routeable type 09 starting at http://openstreetmap.org /?mlat=-40.83663&mlong145.13416&zoom=17 is used for a routable map this leads to routing areas

any ideas on what to try and change in my point script file ?

your style assigns type 0x09 to a way without also adding one of the road_class or road_speed values.
This is known to cause routing problems and therefor mkgmap r2573 and newer print a warning.
The resulting map should be the same as before.
With --check-styles (after the  --style-file option) you will get more details.

as i have a non- routable way now in all of my maps with a garmin 08 , 09 error code
