Ways which meet the first and the first+second argument are not colored. Ways which meet the first and third argument are colored. Normally all ways should be colored.
If I change the arguments vice versa all ways are colored, but if I point on the ways they were shown as cyleway or oneway and not as primary.
This strange behavior concerns only this type of way (0x02). All the other ways (have the same arguments) are colored as specified in the type.
Bug or not?
