[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r813: Now ready to write from-via-to restrictions.

Version 813 was commited by robert on 2008-12-12 17:47:51 +0000 (Fri, 12 Dec 2008) Now ready to write from-via-to restrictions. These are not actually created yet. To do so, create RouteRestrictions and add them to the "via" RouteNode. One problem remains: For the moment, we can only write restrictions within a route center, but the subdivision algorithm in NOD1Part doesn't take this fact into account. For reliable writing of restrictions, either the subdivision algorithm needs to be adapted or we need to figure out how to write restrictions between route centers.
