[mkgmap-dev] Commit: r731: Add the reader for the action block.

Version 731 was commited by steve on 2008-11-29 19:05:35 +0000 (Sat, 29 Nov 2008) Add the reader for the action block. In an action block you can set tags on the element. This may be useful directly on tags 'name' and 'oneway'. It may also be useful for cleaning tags up so that they match later on. It will be useful for relations too (not yet implemented).
