Hi again, at first excuse me for mistyping - mobile phone keyboard... To my topic: I figured out that GMapTool can be used in command line mode. The following line works in my tool chain now. %GMapTool%\gmt\gmt.exe" -w -c %version%,1 %gmapsupp% (the "1" behind the version sets gmapsupp invisible) 2016-07-07 13:44 GMT+02:00 joern de <joern.de@gmail.com>:
Thanks Minkol, I know those tools but they are off the tool mkgmap chain. Thats why I thought about an option. Joern

With a few external tools you can set this, http://www.gmaptool.eu/en/content/map-visible-basecamp or http://www.javawa.nl/jdm_en.html
Don't know if such option could be implemented in mkgmap?
Hi developers, is there an option to make the gmapsupp visible/invisible in Basecamp? At the moment its always visible, but this is a bit annoying (since one has to wait some minutes until some hundred MBs are copied). Thanks for your ideas, Joern
