I don't know, if this is the cause of the error, but other things seems to be ok.
I was trying to say that this is already the case for this multipolygon, which was last edited by you, by the way: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/302922 I'm sure that WanMil will figure out what is causing the mistranslation. Best regards, Marko
