[mkgmap-dev] Commit r3742: echotags.patch by Mike Baggaley (slightly modified)

Version mkgmap-r3742 was committed by gerd on Mon, 02 Jan 2017 echotags.patch by Mike Baggaley (slightly modified) Improve the diagnostics output by echotags when mkgmap has created copies of data for internal processing. Currently the original OSM Id is lost when the data is copied. This small patch retains the original Id when elements are copied.
