I guess that the index is not produced from the same .img files as are contained in the installer. Anyway if I regenerate the index files then it starts working again.
Err, yeah, I managed to ommit the --index option for some of the map builds and it was using out of date index files. You probably got those. I have now updated OSM-Baltic.exe. Cheers, Mark
