Thanks for the reply, I have a solution for it, I said I don't use any options within the sea coomand, so it was just


--precomp-sea="zip file name"


 I had no generate-sea command. once I added


--generate-sea=land-tag=natural=background


The sea behaved itself.


I didn't realise the two had to be used together.

it seems that nobody has an idea, so maybe it is related to the device?

Did it work with older versions of the precompiled sea ?

Is all the country land flooded ?

when i use the --precomp-sea= option with a file download from http://osm2.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/sea/latest/sea.zip


I get the sea flooding the land, I don't use any options, it seems to be fine when viewed on Basecamp, but not when i put the map on to a hcx legend.
