I don't know why, but the road http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/23101541 which is tagged with motorcycle=no sets this road as not routable for cars because motorcar and motorcycle have the same hard coded index.
Thank you for the quick solution. Indeed when I remove the motorcycle=yes in my local osm file routing is ok. Chris
