I had no problem routing with or without Interstate avoidances, with the
same (or very similar) route. See attached, and yes I did recalculate the route.
Also using 4.2.2.
My map is designed for walking and thus I do not add routing to motorways,
but I do allow routing for footways, cycleways etc.
Steve, you look to be using overlays to put blue dots on ways, if these
overlays are also routable it can break routing.

Well, ff that happens also with Garmin maps like City Navigator we
probably don't do
anything wrong.
